- Know the number of bridesmaids and a picture of their dress and style and any fabric swatches.

It is a good idea to check with mothers to see if they even want a flower and if so what type. i.e. a pinned corsage, a wrist corsage or very small bouquet (mother’s clutch).
-  The location of the ceremony and reception. Pictures are helpful, if we have yet to see your site, but don’t worry if we have not we will go see it with you free of charge once our services are booked.
-  Any décor or floral restrictions that your ceremony or reception locations have in place i.e. no fresh petals on floors or no real candles in museum…
- Will there be a sit down or buffet dinner, we may need to provide floral for the buffet table if the cater does not. Also it is helpful if you know how many guests can fit at a table comfortably, this will help in knowing how many centerpieces you are needing.
-  The style of floral you like and don’t like, this is the fun part…Bring in all your magazines, your pictures and even your laptop what ever you have your pictures on so that we can go through them and discuss. This allows for us to customize the wedding to you and your fiancé desires and budget.
-  Know if you want delivery, set-up and breakdown. A lot of times these services are included in floral and décor packages.
